She led all legal efforts on S2’s $2-billion REIT conversion (converting 26 JV entities into a private REIT), which closed in February 2024 and represented a major step in the firm’s evolution into a national residential multifamily investment firm.
S2 Capital has acquired Dartmouth Woods, a 201-unit, garden-style community in South Lakewood, an upscale Denver suburb. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Completed in 1990, Dartmouth Woods comprises two- and three-story buildings in an area with robust demographics, an average household income of $107,000, a median home price of $585,000, and highly rated schools.

S2 Capital, a Dallas-based multifamily investment manager focused on the Sun Belt states, is expanding its Texas holdings with its acquisition of The Place at Saddle Creek, a 238-unit community in Carrollton, Texas. Scottsdale, Ariz-based MC Cos. sold the property.
S2 Capital, a Dallas-based investment firm, acquired the 202-unit multifamily property, the Stetson, from Equimax Management, for $32.5 million.
S2 Capital has acquired a two-property ensemble comprising the 104-unit Belle Rive Club Apartments in Jacksonville, Fla., along with the 202-unit Vineyard Hills in Austin, Texas. Main Street Residential previously owned the Jacksonville community, while a private investor sold the Austin property, Yardi Matrix information shows.
