S2 Capital acquires historic Ovaltine factory-turned-apartments in first Chicago deal
S2 Capital has entered the Chicago market with the acquisition of the historic Ovaltine Court apartments.
The Dallas-based investor plans to pump millions into upgrades at the historic property and says the Chicago suburbs are a top market for future acquisitions.
